This policy explains the information Lucubravi handles to provide its private writing workspace and public research surveys.

Information Lucubravi stores

Lucubravi stores the access records, names and roles supplied by an administrator, article content, comments, references, versions, invitations, survey instruments, and survey responses needed to operate the workspace. Access codes are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable code values.

Anonymous survey responses

Survey response records omit names, email addresses, account IDs, invitation IDs, IP addresses, user agents, and exact response timestamps. A response contains the submitted answers and internal data needed to prevent an identical request from being counted twice.

Free-text answers can still identify a participant if the participant types identifying details. Researchers should avoid asking for those details, and participants should avoid including them unless the study clearly requires and explains them.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate access, save and synchronize writing, support review, compile documents, collect and export survey data, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain Lucubravi. Lucubravi does not sell personal information or use workspace content for behavioral advertising.

Who can see your work

Workspace owners can see all articles and manage access. Collaborators can see only the articles granted to them. A contributor to an article can view and export survey data connected to that article. A participant's access to a public survey does not grant access to an article or its collected responses.

Infrastructure and logs

Lucubravi uses managed cloud infrastructure to host the service and store data. Survey code rate limiting uses a temporary keyed digest derived from the request address; it does not store that address in a response record. Hosting and network providers may retain ordinary request logs containing an IP address, user agent, path, timestamp, and operational details.

Retention and security

Workspace and survey information is retained while it is needed for the project or service. Administrators can remove articles, surveys, responses, invitations, and access. Lucubravi uses HTTPS, restricted access, hashed codes, signed sessions, and managed storage controls, while no service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can decline a survey before submitting it and stop using a workspace code. Requests to inspect, correct, export, or delete information should go to the Lucubravi administrator who issued your access code or survey invitation.
