These terms govern access to Lucubravi. By using an access code or submitting a survey response, you agree to use the service as described here.

Access

Lucubravi is a private workspace. Access codes are issued by a Lucubravi administrator for a particular person or purpose. Keep your code private, do not transfer it without permission, and use only the articles and features made available to you. An administrator may change or revoke access when collaboration ends or a code is misused.

Your content

You retain ownership of the writing, comments, references, survey instruments, and other material you contribute. You permit Lucubravi to store, process, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and improve the workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lucubravi to break the law, violate another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, or collect personal information without an appropriate basis and notice.

Surveys and research

The researcher who creates a survey is responsible for its study design, participant information, consent language, recruitment, lawful use, retention, and interpretation. Participation should be voluntary. Lucubravi supplies collection and export tools; it does not approve a study, validate an instrument, or guarantee research findings.

Service changes

Lucubravi may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Liability

Lucubravi is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the service makes no warranty that access will be uninterrupted or that a manuscript, compiled document, survey, export, or recommendation will be complete or suitable for a particular submission or study. Users remain responsible for reviewing their work and keeping copies appropriate to their needs.
